The followings are the main tasks of the department:
- Preventing and combating offenders related to the struggle against corruption in higher educational institution;
- Ensuring the implementation of measures aimed at the implementation of the “Corruption-free sphere” project at the level of a higher education institution in the higher educational system;
- Implementation of the “Compliance control” system to struggle against corruption in higher educational institution;
- To determine the areas of high risk of corruption in the higher educational institution and the reasons and conditions for the committing of corruption offenses;
- Providing information about systemic problems leading to manifestations of corruption in higher educational institution and including relevant proposals for their elimination;
- Coordination of public control aimed at combatting corruption in higher educational institution, as well carry on a struggle against corruption monitoring based on modern methods and information and communication technologies;
- development of proposals for the study of generally recognized international standards and positive foreign experiences in the field of combating corruption and public control, as well as the implementation of advanced aspects;
- Organization of sociological, scientific and other research and development of proposals regarding the trends of corruption in higher educational institution and the effectiveness of anti-corruption measures;
- Coordination of the activity of the academic lyceum under the higher educational institution in the direction of combatting against corruption.
