The Department of Working with Applications of Individuals and Legal Entities, Control and Monitoring is a structural unit of the Andijan State Institute of Foreign Languages.
This department reports to the rector of the institute regarding its activities.
Duties and functions of the department:
- Implementation of systematic control over the quality assurance of the performance of the tasks assigned to the institute in the specified terms in the decrees, decisions and orders of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in the minutes of meetings (during visits), as well as in the decisions and orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
- To control the qualitative execution of the orders of the Institute within the specified time limits by the structural units, organizations under its jurisdiction, faculties;
- To carry out constant control and monitoring of timely and necessary consideration of appeals by its departments based on The Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Appeals of Natural and Legal Entities”, the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated February 10, 2021 “Personal responsibility of state administration bodies and heads of local executive authorities in effective organization of the implementation of legislative acts” Decree No. PF-6166 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 31, 2021 “On additional measures to strengthen the effective functioning of the interdepartmental unified electronic system of executive discipline “Ijro.gov.uz” Decision No. PQ-5132 “On additional measures aimed at ensuring the performance of based on the requirements of the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 341 of May 7, 2018 “On approval of the model Regulation on the procedure for working with appeals of individuals and legal entities in state bodies, state institutions and organizations with state participation”.
Rights and obligations of the department:
- Works in cooperation with the constituent departments of the institute;
- The department receives materials and information necessary for the implementation of tasks and functions assigned to it from the structural departments of the institute in the prescribed manner;
- Involves the employees of structural divisions of the institute in the formation of working groups in accordance with the established procedure for the purposeful study of executive discipline in places;
- Organizes educational-methodical and practical seminars on issues of strengthening executive discipline in the structural departments of the institute;
- Prepares for approval regulatory documents that must be executed within the scope of his authority and enters them in the prescribed manner;
- The department has other rights that do not conflict with the current regulatory legal documents.
