Department history
The Department of Theory of the Russian Language and Translation Studies was organized in accordance with GD No. 265 of May 31, 2022. The department is part of the Faculty of Romano-Germanic and Slavic Philology.
Initially, the Department of Russian Language and Literature was opened at Andijan State University in 2010. In accordance with the Regulations of the department, 16 specialists work at it: 2 candidates of sciences, 2 doctors of philosophy in philological sciences (PhD), 3 senior teachers and 9 teachers. The head of the department is Doctor of Philosophy in Philological Sciences (PhD) Khaidarova Nasiba Adkhamovna.
The department has the following areas: “Philology and teaching languages: Russian language”, “Foreign language and literature: Russian language”, “Theory and practice of translation studies”, which are implemented in full-time (full-time) form of education. These directions and form of education are based on curricula for “mandatory” specialties and “elective disciplines”.
Research work
At present, circles and centers for the study of languages and literature are organized at the department in the following areas: “Russian language” and Russian and foreign literature”. In order to further strengthen the relationship between teachers and students on the basis of the “Teacher-Student” system, the speakers of the “Scientific Seminar” and “Scientific Training” are successfully working in the department of the department. The results of the work of these areas are reflected in the materials of the International scientific and practical conferences and collections of articles that have international numbers UDK, BBK, ISBN and DOI.
International relations
Currently, the department closely cooperates with the Chuvash State Pedagogical University named after I.Ya. Yakovlev, Institute of Philology and Intercultural Communication of Kazan Federal University, Novosibirsk State Pedagogical University. In addition, the department closely cooperates with the leading universities of the Russian Federation, in particular with the Tver State University (Ph.D., Professor Bushev Alexander Borisovich), Saratov State National Research University named after N.G. Chernyshevsky (D.Ph.S., Associate Professor, Head of Department Cheremisinova Larisa Ivanovna), Ataturk University in Arzrum, Turkey (Ph.D., Professor Ayupov Salavat Midhatovich and his wife, D.Ph.S., Professor Ayupova Svetlana Budimirovna), Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia, Ryazan State University, Odessa State University, Belarusian State Linguistic University, as well as cooperation with a number of other foreign universities and institutes.

Xaydarova Nasiba Adhamovna 1991-yili Jizzax viloyati Zomin tumanida tug‘ilgan. Andijon davlat universitetini (bakalavr, 2011) O’zbekiston Milliy universitetini (magistratura, 2013) tamomlagan, Rossiyaning yetakchi universitetlarida malaka oshirgan. Ko’plab xalqaro konferensiyalar ishtirokchisi va tashkilotchisi, Shu kunga qadar Andijon davlat universitetining Pedagogika instituti “Rus tili va adabiyoti” kafedrasi mudiri lavozimida ishlagan.
