“FIVE INITIATIVES OLYMPIAD” — SPORTS COMPETITIONS CONTINUE

Sports competitions among students are continuing at Andijan State Institute of Foreign Languages as part of the first qualifying stage of the “Five Initiatives Olympiad”.

Today’s competitions featured representatives of the faculties in the following sports:

 Athletics (boys and girls) — Faculty of Romance-Germanic and Slavic Languages;

 Table Tennis (boys and girls) — Faculty of Foreign Philology and Tourism;

 Mini-Football — Faculty of English Language and Literature.

The competitions are being organized jointly by the Institute’s Department for Work with Youth, Spirituality and Enlightenment, and the Sports Club. They aim to encourage students to actively participate in sports, identify talented athletes, and form the institute’s representative sports teams.
